SoVa raises ¥630m Series B and launches AI CFO service
The Japanese accounting-service company is pairing expert-led back-office work with video guidance that analyzes each customer’s financial statements.
From bookkeeping to financial guidance
SoVa combines accounting specialists with software-supported bookkeeping, payroll and administrative workflows for small businesses. Its new AI CFO service analyzes the trial balance prepared by SoVa and delivers video guidance on cash flow, borrowing and expenses, extending routine accounting work into practical financial advice.
The funding combines ¥210 million in equity with ¥420 million in loans. SoVa says it has more than 1,300 client companies and is adding the new service to its existing bundled plan.
