Skylance raises about €1m to industrialise its DroneHammer counter-drone system
The German defence startup is preparing its mobile system for industrialisation and series production.
A mobile response to small drones
Skylance’s DroneHammer is designed to detect and defeat small unmanned aircraft through a mobile system intended for cost-effective, scalable deployment. It targets defence and security operators dealing with the growing use of small drones.
The approximately €1 million financing from NRW.BANK will accelerate product development and prepare industrialisation and series production. That shifts the company’s focus toward producing a deployable system at scale.
