Sensible announces $47m financing package for mRNA platform

Sensible is developing an integrated platform for mRNA medicines.

The financing will scale Sensible’s VECTOR platform and clinical-grade manufacturing as it develops mRNA medicines beyond vaccines.

The non-dilutive component is capped at up to $20m and should not be treated as Series A equity or assumed to have been fully received.
