Rezolv announced a $12.5 million Series A financing on August 18, 2026. The Mumbai lending-technology company will invest in AI capabilities across sales, risk, underwriting and collections.

Founded by former Kissht founders Karan Mehta and Sonali Jindal, Rezolv provides software for banks and non-bank lenders. The company is expanding from debt-collection workflows toward a broader lending platform.
