Positron announces up to $875m across Series C and C-1 financing
The package comprises $375m Series C and a Series C-1 tranche of up to $500m.
NEA, Andra Capital, Atreides Management, Valor Equity Partners and SemiAnalysis Capital co-led the Series C tranche. NEA and Jim Clark lead Series C-1.
The financing supports Asimov silicon tapeout, a 2 MW-plus engineering data center and emulation platform, and Titan’s production ramp. Further uses include LPDDR5X supply commitments, manufacturing capacity, integration and go-to-market expansion.
Asimov tapeout is planned for late 2026, with production in the second half of 2027. Existing Atlas deployments, including more than 50 racks at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, provide a separate operating product base.
