Pop Mint raises ¥50m pre-seed from EX Innovation Fund
The share issuance supports fan-experience production, proprietary IP and overseas expansion.
EX Innovation Fund is operated by Simplex Capital Investment, with TV Asahi Holdings as a limited partner. The fund, rather than its manager or limited partner, is the named investor.
Pop Mint plans to strengthen its organization and develop character-IP products and services alongside original properties. The expansion covers digital and in-person experiences across manga, anime, games and VTubers.
