Plenti raises $3m seed to expand beyond Colombia
Tether led the financing, with Verda Ventures participating.
The Colombian fintech will use the funding to strengthen its domestic operations and enter Peru and Bolivia. Its services let individuals and businesses hold multiple currencies, make international transfers and access investments.
Plenti reports more than 150,000 active users and $3.1 billion in annual transaction volume across its consumer and business operations.
