Physical Superintelligence raises $58m seed for AI physics lab
Breakthrough Energy Ventures led PSI’s financing to expand research and development.
PSI plans to develop Emmy, an AI-native physics platform, beginning with AI-infrastructure challenges involving energy, heat, materials and sensing.
Human scientists direct research campaigns while virtual physicists decompose problems into verifiable hypotheses and run simulations in parallel. The company remains a research lab developing models, physical systems and methods.
