Realyze Ventures led the financing, with Albert Achammer and Ershad Jamil participating.
Phase0 plans to expand agents that automate administrative tasks for architecture and engineering offices.
Its existing project software links estimates, tendering, billing and construction records. The AI construction diary is live, while an AI-assisted specification workflow is in beta, defining the product base for further agent development.
