Outcraft AI raises €2m pre-seed for autonomous revenue agents
Practica Capital backs software that handles customer follow-up across voice and messaging.
Outcraft AI announced €2 million in pre-seed funding from Practica Capital on April 16. The Vilnius company builds agents that act when an inbound lead arrives, a checkout is abandoned or a payment fails.
An agent can call a customer, answer questions and continue a conversation through SMS, email or WhatsApp. The platform connects with sales and commerce systems, giving businesses a way to act on customer events across channels.
