Nayla secures approximately $18m in equity and debt
Idrisi Ventures led the equity financing and BLOMINVEST led the debt facility for Nayla’s Saudi micro-business lending.
Suhail Ventures and other strategic investors participated in the equity component. The announcement gives approximately $18m for the combined package, without allocating the amount between equity and debt.
Nayla plans to accelerate AI-powered lending products and expand financing access to micro-businesses across Saudi Arabia. The institutional round follows a separate $4m seed financing in 2024.
The company was built through Sanabil Studio and is described as its first venture to close an institutional round.
