Navi announces proposed $100m investment from Prosus
Its first institutional financing would bring an outside investor into the financial-services platform, subject to closing conditions and regulatory approval.
Outside capital for a broader financial platform
The proposed transaction requires approvals including clearance from the Competition Commission of India. Prosus said it would support Navi’s long-term growth after completion.
Navi combines UPI payments with lending, insurance and mutual funds, offered directly and through partners. Prosus’s announcement put Navi Finserv’s assets under management above ₹130 billion and said the group reached consolidated profitability in the fourth quarter of FY26. The investment follows that operating milestone as Navi seeks to grow across several financial services.
