Mirai RiskTech secures up to €5 million in venture debt from Inveready

The bank-focused platform brings asset-liability modelling, liquidity, pricing and regulatory reporting into a shared balance-sheet view.

A shared model for bank balance sheets

Mirai’s platform connects modelling, data and reporting for bank finance and risk teams. It covers interest-rate risk, liquidity, funds-transfer pricing and regulatory reporting in one framework, helping teams work from consistent measures instead of reconciling separate systems.

Milestone-based facility

Inveready’s venture-debt facility can be drawn in tranches as Mirai meets business milestones, over a four-year term, and includes a minority equity kicker. Mirai plans to use the financing to develop its platform and expand in Europe, the UK, the United States and the Middle East.
