mika raises €6m seed to expand accounting platform

Smedvig Ventures led mika’s €6m seed as the accounting service passes 750 small-business customers.

Wecken & Cie, Dennis Bemmann, Michael Brehm, Johannes Ditterich, Martina Pfeifer, Keen Venture Partners and Dutch Founders Fund also participated.

The company plans to accelerate growth and expand platform development. Its existing customer base consists of more than 750 small businesses, including German GmbHs and UGs, using automated accounting workflows with human review.
