Legora raises $100m in Series D+ financing

Atlassian, NVentures and other investors participated in the April financing.

Legora raised $100 million in Series D+ financing on April 30. Participants included Atlassian, NVentures, Airtree, Barclays, Geodesic, Insight, Liberty Global and Nikesh Arora.

The announcement follows a $550 million Series D in March. Legora provides legal-workflow software for law firms and corporate teams.
