Intermezzo raised $10 million in financing. Participants included Crosslink Capital, UKG Ventures, CloudPay, Character Capital and Behind Genius Ventures.

The company will expand operations and business reach. Its white-label API lets human-capital-management and payroll providers embed country-specific calculations, payslips and filings in their products.
