HomeExchange receives investment from Verlinvest

The undisclosed investment will support global growth, key-market expansion and the member experience.

Verlinvest invested in HomeExchange on undisclosed terms. Existing shareholder Ternel reinvested, ISAI exited its stake, and co-founders Emmanuel Arnaud and Charles-Édouard Girard increased their holdings while remaining co-CEOs.

HomeExchange lets members arrange stays in one another’s homes, including exchanges using GuestPoints when a direct swap does not fit. The company will focus growth on the United States and Western Europe, improve messaging and calendars, and expand its curated Collection offering and features for pet owners.
