Hippo Harvest raised $30 million in Series C financing on July 9. Participants included Cox Farms, Congruent Ventures, Hawthorne Food Ventures, Collaborative Fund and Fresh Investment Club. The company grows USDA-certified organic greens using robotics and machine learning.
