Higgsfield raises $400m Series B to expand AI visual production
DST Global leads the financing at a $5.4bn valuation as the company invests in research, infrastructure, hiring and international sales.
Higgsfield raised $400 million in Series B financing on August 17. Participants included DST Global, Tribe Capital, Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Smash Capital, Fifth Wall, Valor Capital, Intel Capital and other investors.
The announcement follows an $80 million Series A+ in January. Higgsfield provides AI video and image creation tools for professional creators and brands.
Scaling production workflows
Its agentic tools automate multiscene production, turning model capabilities into workflows for commercial visual content. At the announcement, the company reported $700m in annualized revenue; that run rate is distinct from a full year’s realized sales.
The round includes new and returning institutional backers and investor-adviser Natalia Vodianova Arnault. In a subsequent announcement, 1982 Ventures confirmed its Fund II also participated. The financing expands resources for product development and global delivery as enterprise demand grows.
