Guardio raises $40m at $1.1bn valuation
The financing brings total reported funding to $167m and will strengthen consumer cybersecurity.
Guardio raised $40 million at a $1.1 billion valuation, bringing cumulative funding to $167 million. Backers included ION Crossover Partners, Union Tech Ventures, Cerca Partners, Vintage Investment Partners, Emerge Ventures and Assaf Rappaport.
The company will enhance consumer digital protection across accounts, devices and channels. Guardio reports more than 1.5 million users of its browser, email and text-message security services.
