Copilot Capital acquired a majority stake in Green Eagle Solutions on undisclosed terms.
The investment will support expansion into North America, particularly the United States, and further data and AI development. Green Eagle reports that ARSOS manages 90 GW of renewable assets and executes more than one million automated actions monthly.
