FuVeX raises €3 million for dual-use drone expansion
SODENA, SEGO Venture and Izertis Ventures join the Spanish drone company’s financing.
A commercial base in power-line inspection
FuVeX develops aircraft, operating systems and analytics for infrastructure inspection and defence uses. It says its drones have inspected more than 36,000 kilometres of power lines through work for UFD and Endesa.
The oversubscribed round also includes unnamed family offices. A separate €400,000 CDTI research grant supports a defence project, while commitments for future rounds sit outside the current financing.
