Fundcraft raises €12m growth financing for European expansion
Riverside Acceleration Capital and CCAP Investments co-led financing for new jurisdictions, asset classes and technology.
Riverside Acceleration Capital and CCAP Investments co-led Fundcraft’s €12 million growth financing, with 3VC, MiddleGame Ventures and Aperture Capital participating. The deal brings total capital secured to €40 million.
Fundcraft combines software with regulated operational services for alternative investment funds, connecting investor onboarding, fund administration and reporting. It supports nearly 300 funds. The financing will expand its European reach and capabilities for private-equity buyout funds and more complex cross-border structures, alongside further AI-assisted workflows.
