L Catterton and Altas Partners acquired a majority stake in Fullscript. The transaction value was not disclosed.
Fullscript will expand its platform and clinical support capabilities and extend its North American reach. The company reports serving more than 135,000 practitioners and 10 million patients annually through tools connecting care plans, supplements, diagnostics and follow-up.
