Fractile raised $220 million in Series B financing on May 13. Participants included Accel, Factorial Funds, Founders Fund, Conviction, Gigascale, O1A, Felicis, Buckley Ventures and 8VC. The company develops inference chips that colocate memory and compute for frontier AI models.
