Eight Knot raises ¥450M in Series A first close
Eight Knot raised ¥450 million in the first close of its Series A, co-led by Technology Ventures Fund VI and Nissay Capital Fund 15.
QB Fund II and Kansai Innovation Network Fund II also participated.
The company plans commercialization and scale-up of AI CAPTAIN, expansion into North America and Southeast Asia, and larger engineering and business-development teams. The September financing follows installations on operating vessels as Eight Knot moves toward broader productization.
