Delta Intelligence adds industrial investors in Angel+ financing
Zhuhai Technology Industry Group, Haiwang Capital, Plum Ventures and Jiaoyuan Asset joined the humanoid-model developer’s investor base.
Delta Intelligence disclosed a completed Angel+ financing on 29 June 2026. Participants included Zhuhai Technology Industry Group, Haiwang Capital and Plum Ventures, alongside semiconductor investor Jiaoyuan Asset (交源资产) and an unnamed automotive industry investor. Existing backer Huaying Capital (华映资本) made a further investment. No amount was disclosed for this round.
The financing brought automotive and semiconductor participants into a company developing software for humanoid robots. Delta works with several robot manufacturers to adapt its foundation models to different machines and test them on practical tasks. The June announcement described validation on Unitree, AgiBot and Leju hardware.
That work depends on training data covering the entire body. Delta said it had deployed its own collection equipment at scale to record hands, torso, legs and feet together with their interaction with the environment. This supports models intended to carry out sequences of work while maintaining balance and controlling contact with objects.
The Angel+ financing followed an angel round co-led by Huaying Capital, Huagai Capital and Lenovo Capital. Delta’s June disclosure counted five completed rounds since the company’s formation earlier in 2026.
