Daytona raises $60m Series B at $1bn valuation

FirstMark leads the financing as Daytona expands computing infrastructure for AI agents.

Daytona has raised $60 million in Series B funding at a $1 billion valuation. FirstMark led the round, which brings the company’s total funding to $91 million.

Daytona supplies computing environments in which AI agents can execute code, use browsers and work with files. Its platform supports Linux, Windows, macOS and GPU sandboxes, with persistent state and the ability to fork environments for parallel tasks. The financing will expand its cloud infrastructure and team.

Participants include Alumni Ventures, Evergreen Fund, Okta Ventures, Qualcomm Ventures, Samsung Next and Torch Capital, alongside existing investors Pace Capital, Upfront Ventures and e2vc. Individual backers include Patrick Collison, Adam D’Angelo, Brendan Foody, Tobi Lütke, Olivier Pomel, Aravind Srinivas and Eric Yuan.

The new Series B follows Daytona’s $24 million Series A announced in February. The platform serves developers deploying and evaluating agents, providing computing environments through an API.
