Creative Investments Holding secured a $20 million first close toward a $50 million platform target in September.
Onsi Sawiris, Ali Abubakr, MSMEDA and Leo Equities participated.
The company plans acquisitions and business creation across Egypt and MENA, combining capital and operating support for regional brands. A potential heritage-food acquisition and properties for Casa Leo remained under evaluation at launch.
