Cornelis raises approximately $205 million for next-generation AI networking
The financing supports scale-up networking, CN6000 manufacturing and customer deployments.
Cornelis announced the financing alongside Active Compute Fabric, an architecture that performs work on data as it moves through an AI cluster. The approach aims to reduce time that expensive accelerators spend waiting for data.
IAG Capital Partners backed the financing. Cornelis will use the funds to expand its networking roadmap, scale production and support customer deployments.
CN5000 is already shipping, while CN6000 is being sampled by customers ahead of wider availability expected in the fourth quarter of 2026.
