Complaion raises €13.5M seed for European expansion
Complaion raised €13.5 million in seed financing co-led by Eurazeo and Italian Founders Fund.
Shapers, 2100 Ventures, K-Fund, Sella Direct Ventures, Enzo Ventures, Vento, Ithaca, Eden Ventures and Vesper Holding also participated.
The company plans larger technical teams, further compliance-workspace development, centralized customer-support improvements and faster European expansion. At the September announcement it reported more than 900 clients and over 1,000 completed audits.
Use of funds
Expand technical teams, develop its compliance workspace, upgrade centralized customer support and accelerate European commercial expansion.
