Cloverleaf Bio raises $33M seed led by 4BIO Capital
Cloverleaf Bio raised $33 million in seed financing led by 4BIO Capital in September.
Boehringer Ingelheim Venture Fund, Eli Lilly, Draper Associates, American Cancer Society BrightEdge, AbbVie Ventures and Mission BioCapital also participated.
The company plans to advance its liver-cancer tRNA asset through early clinical testing and its colorectal-cancer antibody-tRNA conjugate through preclinical development. The round finances different next steps for the two programs.
