CloudNC raises $20M Series B extension
CloudNC raised a $20 million Series B extension led by Nimble Ventures, bringing lifetime funding to $128 million.
Calculus Venture Capital, Entrepreneurs First and LM Ventures also participated.
The company plans wider adoption of CAM Assist, expansion into new and existing markets and further products including Quote Agent. The round follows use of its software by more than 1,000 machine shops worldwide.
Use of funds
Increase adoption of AI solutions such as CAM Assist, expand into new and existing markets, and develop and launch new products including Quote Agent.
