Clipto raises $15 million for private-media AI search
The media-search company announced the financing on August 31 at a $250 million post-money valuation.
Investors include HSG, GL Ventures, EnvisionX Capital, Palm Drive Capital, Hans Tung, Lu Zhang and 522 Ventures. The announcement coincided with native Windows and Android app launches.
Clipto’s MCP support lets authorised AI agents search private media libraries. Users can choose on-device search, allowing them to find material by description while keeping control over their files.
