Charikaty closes pre-seed at €3M valuation
Charikaty closed a pre-seed round reported at a €3 million valuation; the amount invested was not disclosed.
Red Tape Ventures, Faris Al-Obaid and Faris Abdi are among its backers.
The company plans commercial expansion into Egypt and GCC markets, larger engineering and legal-compliance teams, and accounting and corporate digital products. The round follows the launch of its Webaty website service alongside established Moroccan company-formation services.
