CellPoint Digital receives $34M investment and launches Zenith
CellPoint Digital received a $34 million investment from Toscafund, managed by its private-equity affiliate Penta Capital, alongside the launch of Zenith.
The company plans to build the AI payment-decisioning platform, expand data and AI development and add 50 roles.
The September financing also supports growth across Europe, the Americas and Asia. Zenith adds a decision layer above existing payment orchestrators as CellPoint develops its travel and hospitality payments business.
