BioGeometry secures strategic financing for molecular AI and drug development
Four co-leads back the company as it advances pharmaceutical collaborations and proprietary biological programmes.
BioGeometry completed a strategic financing announced on June 9, 2026, co-led by the Shanghai Biomedical Innovation and Translation Fund, CAS Investment, Fortune Capital and Link-X Capital. Gaorong Capital and the Index AI Industry Innovation Fund also participated. The exact amount was not disclosed.
The financing followed commercial progress in AI-assisted molecular design. At the announcement, BioGeometry reported more than 20 business-development collaborations with pharmaceutical companies and pilot-scale work on several synthetic biology products.
Its next GeoFlow model was being developed to extend from designing individual molecules toward modelling molecular systems. The company was also commercializing selected proprietary programmes through technology licensing and sales-sharing arrangements.
