Big Picture Bio secures £2.2M equity and grant package
Big Picture Bio secured £1.5 million in pre-seed equity and a £700,000 non-dilutive Innovate UK grant, forming a £2.2 million package.
Kadmos Capital and Exceptional Ventures co-led the equity round, joined by Gloucester Ventures and John White. The grant was awarded through the Innovate UK Investor Partnerships Programme.
The financing supports laboratory testing of the company’s first AI-designed cancer drug combinations. Its model simulates interactions between tumours, immune cells and surrounding tissue to help select combinations for experimental validation.
