BackOps raised $42 million in Series B financing led by Insight Partners in September.

The company plans to support more operating processes and expand product, engineering and go-to-market teams. The Series B follows its $26 million Series A earlier in 2026 as it develops exception-resolution software for companies moving physical goods.
