Ayan Capital secures facility of up to £75 million arranged by Triple Point
The senior Shariah-compliant facility will refinance an existing lender and fund new vehicle-finance originations.
The ijara-based financing follows the late-2025 launch of Ayan’s regulated retail product. The company expects the new terms to lower its funding costs and support AyanCare, through which it takes additional responsibility for repairs on vehicles it owns.
Ayan buys and owns a vehicle during the rental term, with customers making agreed monthly payments before ownership transfers under a separate agreement. The facility supports growth of that car-finance business.
