Armada raises $230M Series B alongside Johnson Controls agreement
The financing supports deployment of Armada’s AI infrastructure and was announced with an agreement for Galleon Forge One.
The round was announced at a $2 billion pre-money valuation, a valuation before the new capital rather than another funding amount. Named backers include Overmatch, BlackRock, 8090 Industries and Johnson Controls, alongside other existing and new investors.
The Johnson Controls agreement gives the announcement an industrial partnership component as Armada expands its modular AI data-center business. The capital plan is tied to deployment and customer demand for that infrastructure.
