Arctis AI raises more than $1M for construction workflow software
The funding follows Arctis’s first pilot and early work with contract managers as it develops software for contractors and project developers.
Founded in August 2025, the company deployed its first German pilot about three months later. Its founders had spoken with more than 150 contract managers while identifying the document and commercial workflows to address.
The early rollout required substantial onboarding with customers in a sector accustomed to existing enterprise systems. The financing supports the company as it develops pre-signature workflows and turns knowledge from earlier contracts into reusable information for later projects.
