ARCHIVESTOCK discloses equity investment from Sazaby League

ARCHIVESTOCK announced on October 25, 2026 that it had raised an undisclosed amount through a third-party share allotment to Sazaby League. The company said the transaction took effect on April 8, distinguishing the investment date from the later public disclosure.
The funding supports stronger transaction safeguards and development of listing and purchasing features. Sazaby League, which operates lifestyle brands including Afternoon Tea and Ron Herman, brings experience in fashion retail as ARCHIVESTOCK develops its resale platform.
