Architect Labs emerges from stealth with $24M seed financing
Kindred Ventures led the round, and managing partner Steve Jang joined the board as Architect Labs began expanding its custom-silicon development work.
TQ Ventures, Race Capital and Together Fund participated alongside individual investors from the AI and chip-design industry. Founders Ebrahim Hussain and Aaditya Subedi met at Stanford while researching AI systems for chip design and verification.
The company will use the financing to scale computing infrastructure, deepen AI research and work with early industry partners on production silicon. Its launch brings together researchers and engineers with previous work across AI labs and semiconductor businesses to shorten custom-chip development.
