ARC Intelligence raises €4M seed round led by 42CAP
Existing investors 468 Capital and IBB Ventures participated as ARC expanded its finance platform for ERP-intensive businesses.
The financing follows a pre-seed round roughly a year earlier. At the announcement, ARC reported tenfold revenue growth since that round and named customers including Burmester, Pfanner Schutzbekleidung and Ferrotec; the figures are company-reported milestones at that time.
The new capital will support product development, additional ERP integrations, engineering hiring and international expansion. These investments extend the platform’s coverage across the systems that finance teams already use, rather than requiring customers to replace their ERP.
