Arboreal Bioinnovations raises ₹230 crore in Series A
EAAA Alternatives Discovery Fund II and Omnivore co-led the ingredient technology company’s round, with Rainmatter also participating.
Arboreal Bioinnovations announced ₹230 crore in Series A funding on 30 July 2026. The round was co-led by EAAA Alternatives Discovery Fund II and Omnivore, with participation from existing investor Rainmatter.
The Lucknow-based company plans to expand manufacturing, strengthen research and development and bring more functional ingredients to market. It develops ingredients for food, beverage and nutraceutical brands, working on taste, texture and nutritional composition.
Arboreal combines ingredient engineering with technologies including extraction, fermentation and formulation science. The financing supports its move from product development into wider commercial production.
