Aranya raises $9M seed round led by First Round Capital
The seed financing follows a separate $2M pre-seed round, bringing the reported combined funding to $11M.
BoxGroup, Vermilion Cliffs and Asylum Ventures joined the seed financing. The two round amounts are recorded separately: $11 million is the combined figure, not the value of the new seed round.
Aranya’s capital plan includes engineering and go-to-market hiring, further clusterdOS deployments and an AI-native interface for managing multiple clusters. The financing supports the infrastructure business around its open-source engine as it expands work with GPU operators.
