Apptronik raises $520M Series A-X extension to scale Apollo production

The extension brings Apptronik’s Series A above $935M, following $415M raised in 2025; the latest financing is not a separate $935M raise.

Existing backers B Capital, Google, Mercedes-Benz and PEAK6 joined new investors AT&T Ventures, John Deere and Qatar Investment Authority. Apptronik said the extension was priced at three times the valuation of its initial Series A after further inbound investor demand.

The capital will support Apollo production, commercial and pilot deployments, and facilities for robot training and data collection. The company’s announced customer and manufacturing relationships include Mercedes-Benz, GXO Logistics and Jabil, linking the financing to its effort to deploy humanoid robots beyond laboratory demonstrations.
