ApartmentIQ receives $25M follow-on investment from Susquehanna Growth Equity
The financing follows Susquehanna Growth Equity’s 2021 Series B investment and accompanies ApartmentIQ’s expansion into AI-assisted revenue management.
ApartmentIQ announced the follow-on investment alongside a milestone of eight million apartment units across more than 1,500 customer portfolios. Susquehanna Growth Equity previously invested $22.5 million in its 2021 Series B, when the company operated as Rentable.
The new capital will support product development and hiring in engineering, data, product and go-to-market teams. Explore Pro and the Daylight revenue-management platform are central to that expansion; the company targeted one million customer units for those products in their first year. That target is separate from its existing customer footprint.
