Antares Labs launches with a $7.25 million seed round for real estate AI
Fifth Wall, Base10 Partners, Bloomberg Beta and Sandwith Ventures back the launch as Antares begins working with major property operators.
Four named investors back the launch
Antares Labs announced its public launch and a $7.25 million seed round on July 28. The financing includes Fifth Wall, Base10 Partners, Bloomberg Beta and Sandwith Ventures. The issuer did not assign a lead role.
An operator-focused company emerging from incubation
Incubated inside Fifth Wall, Antares was already working with major real estate owner-operators, including Quarterra, at launch. It is building company-specific AI systems with embedded teams, beginning with practical property-investment and operating problems.
The announcement brings institutional investor and real estate industry backing to that model. Its initial applications include deal discovery, leasing and tenant retention, and connecting hospitality market conditions to day-to-day operating decisions.
